Flip & Go Tournaments: How it works

This tournament style mixes luck with skill and is very accessible, therefore popular among recreational players.

The tournament can be divided into two stages, the Flip stage (luck-based) and the Go stage (regular poker).

On the Flip Stage, players will be handed three cards when play begins, and they must discard one of them before the communal cards are dealt and the hand is decided. From then, all players go all-in. Each table plays until a winner emerges, who moves on to the Go Stage and is now assured of winning cash.

The Go Stage is conducted as any other No Limit Hold'em competition.
