🛑 Casino Employees Event Renamed

The traditional $500 Casino Employees Event is now called the "Industry Employees" Event, likely to allow influencers, vloggers, and poker media personalities to compete.

❌ Flip & Go Event Removed

The controversial Flip & Go event, known for its high-variance format, is no longer on the schedule. Many pros saw it as a pure gambling tournament, and its removal has been met with mixed reactions.

♠️ GGPoker’s First Year as WSOP Owner

This is the first World Series of Poker under GGPoker’s ownership, but despite the change in leadership, the schedule largely remains true to past years. The biggest shift has been the increase in PLO events, but outside of that, the WSOP is staying true to its roots.
