College students from the US have an opportunity to play for free in a tournament at PokerBros. “World College Poker (WCP) was created to give the players of tomorrow a platform to strut their stuff and cement their name in poker history alongside the greats like Chan, Brunson, Hellmuth, Negreanu, Ivey, and many more,” says the statement on the WCP website. Prizes include the already traditional belt for the champion, prize money to all finalists and the Top 3 also win a six-day stay in Cancun at a resort hotel with private lessons from top high-stakes players such as Patrick Antonius and Jonathan Little, as well as access to training materials and merchandise to help them develop and improve in their poker career. To participate, players must register in the 2020 FALL BRAWL tournament in the PokerBros app and select the appropriate region for the college they study. The tournament is open to all US citizens over 18 years old with a valid student ID and that pass the appropriate registration. After that, players play their appropriate regional championship (East or West) with the top 4 of each region proceeding to the Final Table.
