Zodiac Festival July 2022 on GGPoker: 5 million GTD

Even if the Battle of Malta is still ongoing, GGPoker has already announced the arrival of another fantastic MTT series.

Players from all around the world will have the opportunity to join together at the Zodiac Festival beginning this Sunday, July 31st. The competition will provide at least 35,000,000 ¥ in prizes upon its return to the venue, or roughly $5 million.

In Western time, tournaments begin in the early morning and last into the afternoon. The same tournament schedule is applied every day, except for Sundays, which follow a special schedule.

The buy-in varies from 63 to 5,500 ¥ (worth about $10 to $1000 USD), but most events have a maximum buy-in of $100. Both the buy-ins and guaranteed prize pool in tournaments have increased in comparison to ordinary Zodiac MTTs. Most tournament winners will receive distinctive avatars related to the Zodiac animals.

Zodiac Festival Highlights: Mystery Bounty Tournaments

The highest GTD prizes will be both Mistery Bounty tournaments. It is a special type of knockout tournament where bounties of different sizes (randomly determined) are paid when you eliminate a player, but only at the final stage.

The Final Day for the first one will take place on August 7th and the Final Day of the biggest tournament of this series takes place on August 14th. Multiple initial flights are available throughout the week, as well as satellite tournaments.
