Recently, they have hardened their measures to fight off poker bots, which is something other poker rooms have done this year as the discussion regarding the use of automated play and assistance software in online poker ignites the community. The use of poker bots is considered harmful for the environment as a whole, as it drives all the fish away and the game ceases to be played by human players to be played by machines. Therefore, it is natural that operators try to take measures against it.

As staple, prohibited software are anything that can play automatically (without human input), auto-seating, hand converters and anything that is considered an unfair advantage or any software that is not explicitly white listed. White listed (permitted) software includes odds and absolute strength of hands calculators and trackers as long as it only contains information from games that the player personally played in (no importing of observed hands). They also take and respond to players recommendations of other software, possibly expanding the white list (as by default anything else is prohibited).
