The One Brings a $5 Million Guarantee

The One is set to become CoinPoker's biggest tournament by guaranteed prize pool since the poker room launched.

Players can enter through the $250 Day 1 flights, with 26 qualifying flights scheduled between October 4 and October 12. Standard Day 1 flights will run three times per day from October 4 through October 11, followed by two Turbo Day 1 events on October 12.

Day 2 begins on October 12 at 17:30 GMT.

Each standard flight starts players with 125,000 chips, equivalent to 125 big blinds. Blind levels increase every 10 minutes, while late registration and unlimited re-entries remain available for the first 15 levels.

The tournament uses seven-handed tables, and players can enter as many Day 1 flights as they want.

Only the largest stack from each player will carry forward to Day 2.

Buy-In Refunds for Players Who Qualify

One of the most distinctive features of The One is its buy-in refund system.

Every successful Day 1 qualification results in a $250 buy-in refund. There is no stated limit to the number of refunds a player can receive by qualifying through multiple flights.

Players can also receive additional bonuses based on their qualifying stacks, with the bonus structure tied to the minimum Day 2 payout and the $250 buy-in.

This gives players an additional incentive to make multiple attempts at reaching Day 2 rather than relying on a single flight.

The tournament also includes a re-entry promotion running from October 4 through October 11. Each day, the three players who make the most re-entries into The One flights during a 24-hour period receive a Day 1 ticket.

Re-entries made using tickets do not count toward the daily total. If players finish tied, 3-Bet Club membership is used as the tiebreaker.

Satellites Start From Freerolls

Players do not need to have $250 available to enter The One directly.

Satellite qualification begins on September 28, with direct satellites available for $5.50, $11, $25 and $55.

CoinPoker is also running step satellites, allowing players to progress through multiple levels toward a Day 1 entry. Freerolls are available at the first stage, giving players a route toward the tournament without an initial cash buy-in.

This creates several different paths into The One, ranging from direct satellite entries to a longer qualification route beginning with freerolls.

A $5 Million Tournament With a $250 Buy-In

The combination of the $250 buy-in and $5 million guarantee makes The One a significant addition to CoinPoker's tournament schedule.

The multi-flight structure allows players to make repeated attempts at qualification, while the largest-stack-only rule means that players who qualify multiple times do not combine their stacks for Day 2.

That structure also separates The One from tournaments where players can accumulate chips across multiple Day 1 entries. Only the strongest qualifying stack survives into the final stage.

The winner will also receive a physical trophy engraved with their nickname or real name, along with a digital replica displayed on their CoinPoker profile.
