The Bounty Hunters Series Cash Drop gives cash-game players a way to participate in the promotion without entering a tournament.
Instead of earning rewards through tournament knockouts, players collect Flipout Chips by achieving a minimum net profit in a single qualifying hand.
For Hold’em, PLO, PLO-5, PLO-6, Short Deck and Rush & Cash, players need to make at least 50 big blinds in net profit from one hand.
All-In or Fold Hold’em has a lower requirement of 16BB, while All-In or Fold Omaha requires 10BB of net profit.
The requirement is based on net profit rather than the final size of the pot. GGPoker calculates this by taking the amount won from the pot and subtracting the chips the player personally contributed to that hand.
Once a player earns Flipout Chips, they are automatically used in the next available Flipout.
Flipouts take place every three hours, and each Flipout Chip increases the player's starting stack. This means players who accumulate more qualifying hands can enter the next Flipout with a larger stack.
The timing of the qualifying hand determines which Flipout receives the chips. For example, a qualifying hand completed at 03:00 UTC-8 contributes to the 06:00 Flipout.
The promotion runs eight Flipout rounds per day. Most rounds award $10,000, while the final daily round carries a $20,000 prize pool.
Across the entire promotion, players will compete for a share of the $2 million Cash Drop prize pool.
The promotion covers several of GGPoker's major cash-game formats, giving players multiple ways to qualify.
Eligible games include Hold’em, PLO, PLO-5, PLO-6, Short Deck, Rush & Cash and All-In or Fold.
The different net-profit requirements mean that the qualification threshold varies depending on the format. Standard Hold’em and Omaha variants require a 50BB net profit in a single hand, while AoF Hold’em requires 16BB and AoF Omaha requires 10BB.
For regular cash-game players, the main attraction is that qualification happens through normal play. There is no separate tournament buy-in or additional schedule to follow beyond keeping track of the Flipout periods.
The GGPoker Bounty Hunters Series Cash Drop runs from October 2 through October 23, 2026, with a total prize pool of $2 million.
Players earn Flipout Chips by winning qualifying cash-game hands, with Flipouts running automatically every three hours. Each additional Flipout Chip increases the player's starting stack in the next Flipout.
The promotion is available across Hold’em, PLO, PLO-5, PLO-6, Short Deck, Rush & Cash and All-In or Fold. The standard qualifying requirement is 50BB of net profit in a single hand, while AoF Hold’em requires 16BB and AoF Omaha requires 10BB.
For cash-game grinders already playing these formats, the promotion adds another potential source of value to regular sessions while GGPoker's Bounty Hunters Series takes place.
