High Stakes Set New Record

ACR Poker recently set a new benchmark with its highest buy-in tournament to date, the $25,000 + $500 “Phil’s Puff & Bluff” No-Limit Hold’em event. The tournament drew 53 entries and generated a $1,325,000 prize pool, highlighting strong participation at the top end of the market.

The title was claimed by “AlwaysWithNuts,” who earned $371,000 for the victory. “OutFoxenYou” finished second for $265,000, while “Iauspicious” took third place and $212,000.

Another standout event, the $5,000 + $200 “Blunt Special,” attracted 113 entries and built a $565,000 prize pool. “ImWinninAnyway” secured the win, taking home $127,125.

These events are part of the Highest Five Series, a high-stakes extension of the 4/20-themed High Five festival. While the High Five schedule features broad accessibility, the Highest Five focuses on elite buy-ins ranging from $5,200 to $25,500.

Daily Action Continues

The High Five series runs through April 23, offering a packed schedule of 10 tournaments per day across a wide range of buy-ins. The series combines accessible events with substantial guarantees, creating consistent opportunities for players at all levels.

One of the highlights is the $420 buy-in Main Event, which carries a $200,000 guarantee and is expected to draw a large field as the series reaches its final days.

The combination of steady daily volume and larger headline events has kept the action strong throughout the festival.

Venom Still Within Reach

Alongside the High Five series, ACR Poker is running special High Five editions of its Dual Mystery Bounty Venom tournaments. These events are headlined by an $8,000,000 guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em tournament and a $2,000,000 guaranteed Pot-Limit Omaha event.

Recent flights have already shown strong turnout. Day 1C of the NLH event attracted 779 entries, while the opening PLO flight brought in 189 players, indicating solid momentum heading into the final stages.

Players still have multiple chances to enter, with remaining starting flights scheduled for April 23, April 25, and April 26. With several entry points left, the door remains open for late qualifiers.
