Winamax Series with €20 million GTD

The French operator's premier competition, the Winamax Series, which begins on September 4, will feature the trendy format of the Mystery Bounty for the first time. The series, which will last the customary twelve days, guarantees €20 million in prize money across hundreds of tournaments.

There are 211 tournaments in the series, with buy-ins ranging from €2 to €1000. The main event of the series will be played in the mystery bounty format, along with more than two dozen other tournaments that are also Mystery Bounty. This format has not yet been used on Winamax.

Every player in this event will be a bounty, similar to a standard bounty tournament, however not all bounties will have the same value: a random, lottery-style bounty will b added on top for the winners at the end of each day.

The first three will each have numerous initial flights each day, whereas the last two will follow a more conventional pattern. From Sep 4th to 13th there will be only day 1 flights, with Sep 14 having some day 1 and some day 2 flights, and finally on Sep 15th the day 3 events take place.
