New promotions and changes come to GGPoker in December. Besides the WSOP tournaments we already covered in other recent articles (you can click here to read their full version), the most notable changes are the rake races and leaderboards and the new sit out rules.

Monthly rake races

Rush & Cash boasts a daily $ 40 k ($ 630 k total) instead of the usual $ 33 k , the $ 7 k extra going to the Omaha leaderboards. Holdem Leadearboard: $20 k daily. Omaha Leadearboard: $ 20 k daily. Spin&Gold Leaderboard: $ 20 k daily. Short Deck Leaderboard: $ 10 k daily.

New sit out rules

With Nov 27 updates, rules for sitting out at cash game tables have changed: when you sit out, you must do it at all tables at once, also when you come back you must do it in all tables you are playing. If you run out of timebank at one table, you receive a timeout of 30 s. If you do not return to the game during this time, you will automatically be sitting out at all other tables. If you lose your entire stack at one table, you can then sit out only in that game and keep playing the others. The idea behind this is most likely preventing table selection.
